This album is a complete anomaly in Jarrett’s discography. In 1968, just prior to his joining Miles Davis’ electric band, the jazz piano super genius recorded this folk-rock album in which he plays every instrument and sings, though not very well when compared to his prowess on piano. But that’s why I love this album. He had the nerve to record it.
